A FUNG GROUP INITIATIVE

Communications and Branding

I was the Creative lead at Explorium, the collaboration hub at Fung Group empowering communities of innovation in supply chain, retail, and beyond, to co-create the future. I was responsible for making sure that our branding was consistent across all our touch points whether it was in our physical space, on our social media platforms or in-person. This meant designing and implementing design processes, guidelines, and methodologies so our team could easily understand how to adhere to the right branding processes. I enjoy designing the voice of the brand and helping to shape the personality of Explorium.

Graphic Facilitation

At Explorium, we loved to build community by hosting events, and as the graphic facilitator on the team, I was able to facilitate interesting, interactive and fun events such as panel discussions, community jam sessions and workshops. One of my favourite parts of the job, I was able to travel to global events such as Tech Crunch Shanghai and Our Crowd Israel to do this. It was always very rewarding to see how excited people were to see their ideas and thoughts laid out visually.

Intro to Pilot2Scale

I was tasked with the challenge of creating an animated video to explain the Pilot2Scale (P2S) framework for the Innovation Award 2019 ceremony. I was given one week to develop and create the video from scratch. In this short period, I developed the storyboard, created all visual assets from scratch as well as oversaw the script writing and voiceover recording. The end result was trailer-style video that clearly illustrated how P2S can help business teams engage with startups and tech partners in a structured and goal-oriented way.

Rapid Prototyping 101

Our client was launching an Innovations Champion program with the goal of increasing people leadership and creating a culture change from within the company. The HR team wanted a concise way of explaining Rapid prototyping complete with an example, but could not find anything out there that worked. I created a video using social entrepreneur and leadership expert Tom Chi’s anecdote on how he used Rapid prototyping in his work. The client was very pleased with how much easier it was for their champions to understand the process with the help of this video.
